Jeffrey D. Lipp, DC, DACBSP®, FIAMA

Founder and Clinic Director
Dr. Jeffrey Lipp is a board-certified chiropractic physician and sports injury specialist based in Jacksonville, Florida. Originally from southwestern Pennsylvania, Dr. Lipp first came to Jacksonville to attend The Bolles School, seeking a stronger academic environment and the opportunity to earn a Division I football scholarship.
After continuing his education and athletic career through playing college football at the University of Mississippi and Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Lipp returned to Jacksonville to play for the Jacksonville Tomcats before pursuing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. While at Palmer, he completed advanced training in Sports Injury and Rehabilitation and became Board Certified in Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and Acupuncture. He also earned credentials as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP)and Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (DACBSP®).
Even early in his training, Dr. Lipp recognized that the traditional treatment model was broken—too focused on symptoms rather than the root causes of dysfunction. He knew there had to be a more effective and efficient way to diagnose underlying issues and treat both cause and effect to achieve lasting results. Driven by that vision, he has pursued a relentless path of professional development, averaging over 190 hours of continuing education each year for more than a decade. His mission has been to integrate the best concepts, methods, and technologies from across healthcare disciplines into a synergistic model of care that delivers unprecedented outcomes for his patients. After several years away for school and training, Dr. Lipp realized how much he missed the people, community, and energy of the Jacksonville area. He and his wife, Amanda, knew it was the place they wanted to call home and raise their family. In 2005, Dr. Lipp founded Active Health, where he continues to evolve and expand his practice to offer the latest and safest advancements in care—helping patients improve longevity, avoid unnecessary surgeries and medications, and live healthier, more active lives. Dr. Lipp and his wife live in Jacksonville with their three children—Grace, Lauren, and Max.
