Sports and Active Injuries
Sports injuries occur while participating in a sport or while exercising. Children are especially at risk for active injuries, but adults can experience them as well. You are at risk if you play contact sports, don’t warm up properly before activity, and have not been regularly active.
Neuropathy

Joint Pain

Herniated Disk
Herniated Disks can occur in any part of your spine, but are most common in the lower part of your backbone just above your hips. The pain is likely to spread to other parts of your body, such as your buttocks, thighs, and calves.
